The event will be held at the UCLA School of Law sponsored by the Law School’s Evan Frankel Environmental Law & Policy Program, the Municipal Law Institute of the League of California Cities, UC Berkeley Center for Law, Energy and the Environment, and UC Davis California Environmental Law and Policy Center.
